commercial Clean
When we took over this contract, we knew the floors had been through a lot and needed serious attention. Even for us, it wasn’t easy. We tested different scrubbing machines, tried multiple chemicals, and spent time figuring out what really worked. After a lot of trial and error—we’ve finally cracked it!
It’s not an instant transformation, but with the right system in place these floors will soon be bright, fresh, and welcoming again. Sometimes commercial cleaning is about patience and problem-solving—but the results are always worth it.
Site Welfare Checks
We carry out a few site welfare cleans each week – and with the weather as it is, the moment it’s spotless, the mud is back again. But that’s exactly why we’re here! Keeping welfare areas clean, safe, and usable is what we do, no matter the conditions. Because a clean space means a better, safer, and more productive site for everyone.
Builders' Clean at a local school
In September we finished a full builder’s clean at a local school – making sure every classroom, corridor, and communal space was spotless and ready for staff and pupils to enjoy. From removing dust and debris to polishing every surface, our team takes pride in leaving each site safe, fresh, and sparkling clean.
Three Store in Drake Circus
Late on a Friday afternoon, we were called in after some urgent works left this store in a mess. When we arrived on the Friday night, the contractors were still working — so we returned bright and early at 7am the Saturday to get the job finished before opening.
Stoke Damerel Community College
Post construction clean that we did at Stoke Damerel Community College for Obedair Construction. It involved cleaning up after construction and refurbishments had taken place in the food technology department, which also needed a hygiene clean, as well as corridors, classrooms and toilets.
Plymouth Gin Distillery
Another post construction clean at Plymouth Gin Distillery, carefully cleaning some of the existing original features of the building as well as newly refurbished/newly built sections.
University of Plymouth
This is an example of a post construction clean of the student canteen at the University of Plymouth, which involved a deep clean and a hygiene clean, as well as stainless steel cleaning, floor buffing and polishing.
Yeomans Citroen
This was a full exterior cladding clean at Yeomans Citroen main dealer garage.
End of Tenancy/student accommodation
Here are some examples of our end of tenancy cleaning and student accommodation cleaning. Deep cleaned throughout with highs and lows and all fixtures, furniture and fittings.
Newquay leisure centre
Pressure washing of the exterior of Newquay Leisure Centre, paved areas pressure washed, cladded areas, including the underside of the roof, were also cleaned and all pillars and metal work, then finished with a window clean.
